For more information pls visit About the Position: Designation: Senior Executive – L&D Domain Expertise: RPO / HR Technology Job Location: Mahadevapura Main Rd, near DNR Casablanca, Bangalore Report to: Senior Manager – L&D About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Senior Executive - Learning & Development to join our internal L&D team at Taggd , dedicated to the RPO project .

This role will be instrumental in streamlining L&D processes at Bangalore office , with a primary focus on content creation and content design to enhance the learning experience for HPE employees.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Design: Develop engaging, high-quality learning materials tailored to specific training requirements.

Design visually appealing and interactive e-learning modules, presentations, and instructional resources.

Ensure that all L&D content is consistent with branding and quality standards.

L&D Process Optimization: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand training objectives and align content development accordingly.

Streamline existing L&D processes to facilitate the efficient delivery and tracking of learning initiatives.

Implement best practices for content creation, instructional design, and learner engagement.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all L&D-related inquiries within the RPO project.

Work collaboratively with the HR, talent acquisition teams, and subject matter experts to identify and address learning needs.

Data-Driven Approach: Assess the effectiveness of training content through learner feedback and performance metrics.

Continuously enhance content based on feedback and emerging trends in learning and development.

Working in a virtual environment with matrix reporting structure.

Willing to learn and adapt to the changing landscape of RPO business.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in L&D content creation and design, preferably in an IT or corporate environment.

Strong proficiency in e-learning platforms, design tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate), and visual design software.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
