Head of Sales

Strategic :
Provide valuable insights during the price matrix definition process for residential projects, leveraging market price trends and relevant parameters.
Operational :
Monitor and enhance the sales process by strategizing customer mix, positioning, pricing, and payment schedules aligned with delivery timelines.
Conduct customer feedback surveys and gather market intelligence to improve project offerings.
Establish and maintain a robust framework for validating customer documentation during sales.
Address customer queries related to residential projects promptly and resolve escalations effectively.
Collaborate with the corporate marketing and branding team for project promotions.
Ensure post-sale legal documentation and deed execution are completed accurately and on time.
Facilitate a seamless handover of customer-related information to the Facility Management team after possession.
Track and report sales target achievements and initiate strategies to boost sales performance.
Financial :
Maximize sales revenue and ensure timely collections, minimizing receivables and deviations from allocated budgets.
