WHAT WE NEED:

Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. This role will involve managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Sales Head will also collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, operations and finance to align business objectives.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7 - 10 Years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in FMCG Sales is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans.
  • Proficient in Sales Management Software (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, set targets and identify new opportunities to drive growth and maximise market share.
  • Lead, Mentor and Motivate the Sales Team through training, performance evaluation and succession planning to achieve team and individual goals.
  • Build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and oversee key negotiations for high-value deals.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, monitor sales performance and collaborate with finance to ensure profitability and strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations and product development to align strategies and ensure timely delivery to clients.
