Position Overview
Kickstart Football Academy seeks an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Head of Sales to drive enrollment and partnerships for our academy programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sports academy landscape, a successful track record in developing school partnerships, and the ability to communicate the unique value of Kickstart’s partnership with Tottenham Hotspur. This role is pivotal in increasing enrollment across various upcoming locations in Bangalore age groups for residential and non-residential programs and enhancing Kickstart’s footprint in local, state, and national representations.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Enrollment Growth - Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment for residential and non-residential programs, aligning with monthly and annual targets.
⦁ School Partnerships - Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with schools to promote football training programs, leveraging Kickstart’s reputation and Tottenham Hotspur affiliation.
⦁ Promotion of Tottenham Hotspur Partnership - Effectively communicate the value of Kickstart’s partnership with Tottenham Hotspur, highlighting opportunities for technical skill development and talent identification that set the academy apart.
⦁ Tournament Enrollment -Drive participation in city, state, and national tournaments, focusing on age-group teams and enhancing Kickstart’s competitive presence.
⦁ Market Expansion—Identify new market opportunities for partnerships and enrollment growth, contributing to the academy’s overall expansion.
⦁ Sales Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring team members meet or exceed enrollment goals across different locations eventually regions.
⦁ Performance Analytics and Reporting - Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, leveraging data to refine strategies and provide regular insights to senior leadership.
⦁ Collaboration and Brand Promotion - Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop targeted campaigns that promote the academy’s legacy and recent accomplishments, especially within the women’s league.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within a sports academy or a similar field, with a proven focus on enrollments and partnership building.
2. Graduation in any stream; sports will be preferential.
3. School Partnership Development: Demonstrated success in establishing and managing school partnerships to promote football training programs.
4. Tournament Enrollment Management: Experience driving participation in youth tournaments across various age groups at the city, state, and national levels.
5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in computers, CRM software, and data analysis tools for performance tracking and reporting.
6. Language Skills: Multilingual proficiency is preferred and considered an asset.
7. Passion for Football: A genuine passion for football, particularly youth development, aligning with Kickstart’s mission to nurture future football stars.
