About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced **Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)** who will play a crucial role in linking HR strategies with the company’s overall business objectives. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with prior experience in renowned firms, preferably from CPA firms, or the Top 6 global accounting firms. The role requires proficiency in HR functions such as employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, and benefits administration. You will have a key role in supporting business leaders and teams in enhancing workforce effectiveness while ensuring compliance and promoting a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities (KRA):


- Collaborate with leadership to design, develop, and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

- Lead employee relations efforts, resolving grievances, addressing workplace concerns, and enhancing employee satisfaction.

- Oversee and implement robust performance management systems that align with company goals and foster a high-performance culture.

- Administer compensation, benefits, and rewards programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.

- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to enhance employee skills and integration.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and maintain accurate HR records.

- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors for HR services, ensuring quality and efficiency.


Must-Have Selection Criteria:


- Education: Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of HR generalist and 2+ years of HRBP experience, mandatorily in CPA firms, or the Big 6 firms

- Skills:

- Proven track record in handling HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.

- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR technology systems.

- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage confidential matters effectively.

- Experience in managing HR projects from conception through execution.

- Ability to influence senior leadership and act as a trusted advisor in HR matters.

- People-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach to HR management.
