Seeking a driven and experienced Business Manager to lead and develop B2B smartphone business. The role requires you to challenge the status quo and explore new ideas to improve Deal making, Sales strategies and processes in an entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B sales strategy for enterprise smartphones.
- Identify and onboard new enterprise clients, Manage complex customer, partner, and stakeholder relationships, understand and address their specific needs both commercial and technical.
- Track and analyze market data, performance metrics, identifying trends and forecasting revenue and closures.
- Strong connection with partner ecosystems, and enterprises in India, and able to ramp up quickly. Effectively pitch and communicate the value proposition of our smartphone solutions to primary stakeholders in IT, Finance, HR & Procurement.
- Manage and drive reseller partner ecosystem to drive Sellout. Negotiate and close high-value enterprise deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Manage/Support a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and driving them to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Distribution, Finance, and Sales Ops to develop and implement a successful enterprise GTM strategy.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, stay up to date on market trends and participate in industry events
Competencies Required:
- 6+ years of work experience in enterprise sales. (Smartphone Industry or Cloud products preferred).
- Strong sales pitching, and closure skills, and record of closing big accounts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with data driven processes, and outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Willing to travel 2-3 times per month
- Degree (MBA/Equivalent)
