**Title: Enterprise Sales Manager/Account Manager**
**JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY DELIVERABLES**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand client needs and tailor CPaaS solutions to meet those needs.
- **Sales Planning**: Meet sales target, plan and present sales projection. Create a strong sales funnel and measure conversion based on target. Generating sales leads through various sources (Accounts Mapping, cold calling, prospecting) and building corporate database
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications or cloud communications industry, with at least **3 years in a CPaaS** or related field.
- **Education**: MBA in Marketing preferred along with Graduation from reputed University/Institutes
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of CPaaS, SaaS, telecommunications, and cloud-based communication services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
