Enterprise Sales Manager

For more than a decade, Internshala has been the go-to platform for over 300,000 startups and SMBs to hire early talent. Now, we aim to extend our reach to enterprise clients (team size > 1000 employees) and assist them with their early talent hiring and engagement needs. We are well-positioned to succeed, with access to half of the 45 million candidates who are currently in college or have recently graduated.
About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our Enterprise Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively engaging with C-level/CXO-level executives from organizations with over 1000 employees.
- Effectively presenting Internshala Enterprise's recruitment and talent engagement solutions.
- Building and managing relationships with prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups.
- Conceptualizing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.

- demonstrates sales aptitude and is assertive, persistent, a good listener, and self-motivated
- has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- is self-confident with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- is analytically strong with excellent problem-solving skills
- is able to work independently as well as with the team
Location - Gurgaon, Iris Tech Park, Sector 48 (this is full-time work from office role)
