Now, we aim to extend our reach to enterprise clients (team size > 1000 employees) and assist them with their early talent hiring and engagement needs. We are well-positioned to succeed, with access to half of the 45 million candidates who are currently in college or have recently graduated.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our Enterprise Sales Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively engaging with C-level/CXO-level executives from organizations with over 1000 employees.
  • Effectively presenting Internshala Enterprise's recruitment and talent engagement solutions.
  • Building and managing relationships with prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups.
  • Conceptualizing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.

  • has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • is self-confident with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • is analytically strong with excellent problem-solving skills
  • is able to work independently as well as with the team
