Enterprise Sales Manager

- Identify and prospect enterprise clients interested in custom software solutions.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations.
- Schedule and lead meetings to present Primathon's services and capabilities.
- Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to Primathon's Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise client needs and solution selling techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
