Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Labsol Enterprises in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications
  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in managing a sales team and developing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Knowledge of laboratory equipment or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
