Job Description:

Our client is seeking dynamic and driven B2C Sales Professionals with expertise in Enterprise Sales across India and Southeast Asia to join our rapidly growing conferences business.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Drive B2C and enterprise-level sales for our globally expanding conferences. Identify and connect with decision-makers and top leaders to close high-value deals. Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Market Expansion: Leverage insights to penetrate new markets and contribute to our global growth strategy. Build relationships with key stakeholders across industries and regions.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our conference offerings and effectively position them to potential clients. Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product innovations.
  • Client Engagement: Engage directly with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C/Enterprise sales in the space of conferences and event ticket sales.
  • Consistent goal achievement in highly competitive environment (top performer)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for global business, conferences, and engaging with top industry leaders.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales and account management
