Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of selling SaaS or technology solutions to large organizations. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and developing long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment, focusing on large-scale organizations that can benefit from CUR8’s product suite.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with CUR8’s overall business objectives.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Understand the unique needs and challenges of enterprise clients, and position CUR8’s solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Product Demos and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of CUR8’s offerings.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations with enterprise clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with CUR8’s business goals.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team, keeping them informed of your progress and pipeline.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and share insights with the broader team to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with CUR8’s product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for enterprise clients.
- Client Success: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
