Lead Generation Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Horizontal Talent, a leading staffing and recruiting company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and generating qualified leads to drive our business growth. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to implement effective lead generation strategies across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within our target market.
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns through multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, webinars, and events.
- Create engaging content such as blog posts, white papers, and case studies to attract and engage potential leads.
- Utilize lead generation tools like Sales Navigator, SalesQL, and HubSpot Marketing Hub to identify, research, and qualify leads.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel using email sequences, outreach, and personalized engagement strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of lead generation strategies and processes.
- Support the sales team by providing qualified leads and relevant information.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Proven track record of success in generating qualified leads using various channels.
- Strong understanding of lead generation processes and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with the staffing and recruiting industry and related technologies.
- Experience with content marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and scrapping tools.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
