Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Generative AI and Python Programmer to lead our AI initiatives. As an Artificial Intelligence Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying advanced AI solutions that leverage natural language processing, machine learning operations (MLOps), and generative AI technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of AI frameworks and an ability to apply them innovatively within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI-driven models and applications, focusing on generative AI and NLP solutions to address industry-specific challenges.
Lead the planning, development, and deployment of machine learning projects from conception to implementation, ensuring integration and scalability in production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and industry experts to ideate and execute AI strategies that align with business objectives.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in AI, especially generative models, to continually enhance our offerings.
Implement best practices in MLOps to ensure efficient model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of AI developers and enthusiasts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4-6 years of proven experience in AI development, with a strong background in Python programming.
Expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and MLOps with a track record of implementing these technologies in a production environment.
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience in the BFSI sector is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes projects and deliver under tight timelines.
