About theRole: We are seeking a highlymotivated and resultsoriented Lead Generation Specialist to joinour growing team. In this role you will be responsible foridentifying and generating qualified leads for ourproducts/services contributing significantly to our sales pipelineand driving business growth. You will work independently andcollaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to execute leadgeneration campaigns across variouschannels.Responsibilities:
  • Conductthorough research to identify potential customers within the targetmarket.
  • Develop and execute targeted leadgeneration campaigns across various channels (e.g. email marketingsocial media content marketing webinarsevents).
  • Create compelling content (e.g. blogposts white papers case studies) to attract and engage potentialleads.
  • Utilize lead generation tools (e.g.LinkedIn Sales Navigator SalesQL HubSpot Marketing Hub) to identifyresearch and qualify leads.
  • Nurture leadsthrough the sales funnel through email sequences outreach andpersonalized engagement.
  • Track and analyzecampaign performance metrics and make datadriven adjustments forimprovement.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trendsand best practices in leadgeneration.
  • Contribute to the development andimplementation of lead generation strategies andprocesses.
  • Support the sales team by providingthem with qualified leads and relevantinformation.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum13 years of experience in B2B leadgeneration.
  • Proven track record of success ingenerating qualified leads using variouschannels.
  • Strong understanding of the leadgeneration process and marketing automationtools.
  • Excellent communication writing andediting skills.
  • Ability to work independentlyand manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
  • Proactive resourcefuland selfmotivated with a resultsorientedmindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (WordExcelPowerPoint).
