The member would be an integral member of the value acceleration team and responsible for business development in the international market.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating new leads, converting leads to win business
  • Ensure relationship management with customers at senior levels.
  • Identify, collect, analyze, and disseminate market intelligence on the new products to the strategic marketing and product management team
  • Liaise with the sales and application team to proactively support solving customer challenges and requirements.
  • Manage and maintain sales opportunities, leads, visit reports, and technical & formulation requests on the CRM tool, salesforce.
  • Provide support to customers on product applications, process optimization, and troubleshooting challenges related to the adoption of new products by the customer
  • Provide training and know-how of concepts and formulations to customers


Qualifications


  • BTech/BE in Chemical (or related field) + MBA
  • 3 + years of experience in sales or business development
