As a BD Trainer you will help our organization to grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Your duties include searching for new clients, finding new potential services to offer, and helping the company expand to new markets.


Responsibilities:


  • Identifying profitable business opportunities
  • Conducting extensive market research
  • Creating actionable business strategies
  • Nurturing relationships with clients
  • Analyzing market trends
  • Tracking business performance
  • Allocating and managing the company’s resources


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven working experience of 3/4 years as a business development trainer, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
