Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development & Marketing Manager at Mashrise in Mumbai. The Marketing Manager will drive both marketing and sales efforts, combining strategic marketing initiatives with direct revenue-generating activities. You will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing campaigns that generate leads, managing performance-driven content, enhancing the company's sales funnel, optimizing customer acquisition through digital channels, and directly contributing to business growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:


* Identify, recruit, and onboard new publishers and affiliates globally, with a particular focus on priority markets.

* Manage and grow the company’s affiliate marketing efforts, including negotiation of partnerships and commission structures.

* Monitor and analyze affiliate and marketing campaigns using CPI, CPL, CPA, and CPS models to ensure KPIs are met.

* Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including social media, PPC, and mobile marketing.

* Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets, ensuring a smooth lead handoff process.

* Create sales-focused content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.

* Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).

* Regularly analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve lead quality and affiliate-generated revenue.

* Build and nurture successful relationships with affiliates, clients, and other external partners to drive business development.


Requirements:

* Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in marketing and sales.

* A proactive, self-motivated individual passionate about both sales and marketing.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and affiliates.

* Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including lead generation, affiliate marketing, and PPC.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing analytics tools.

* Ability to commute to Andheri East, Mumbai on a daily basis.

* Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry is a plus.
