Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating new leads, converting leads to win business
- Ensure relationship management with customers at senior levels.
- Identify, collect, analyze, and disseminate market intelligence on the new products to the strategic marketing and product management team
- Liaise with the sales and application team to proactively support solving customer challenges and requirements.
- Manage and maintain sales opportunities, leads, visit reports, and technical & formulation requests on the CRM tool, salesforce.
- Provide support to customers on product applications, process optimization, and troubleshooting challenges related to the adoption of new products by the customer
- Provide training and know-how of concepts and formulations to customers
Qualifications
- BTech/BE in Chemical (or related field) + MBA
- 3 + years of experience in sales or business development
