Job Title: Sales Representative for (Faridabad / Mumbai / Bangalore) - 2 per Location

We are seeking two motivated Sales Representatives to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will bring 3-4 years of experience in the building materials industry, particularly with commercial projects and dealer management. You will be responsible for driving sales by leveraging your existing network and actively seeking new business opportunities.  

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.

• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with architects, project management consultants (PMCs), contractors, and dealers.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other proactive sales techniques.

• Product Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

• Project Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.


Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in sales within the building materials industry, with a focus on commercial projects and dealer management. ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE FROM THE PLUMBING, FIRE SERVICES, MEDICAL SALES INDUSTRY.

• Proven success in handling commercial projects and managing dealer relationships.

• Strong network within the architecture and PMC communities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
