Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular communication and relationshipbuilding.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.Participate in sales conferences trade shows and industry events to promote the companys offerings and expand the client base.Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities update client information and generate reports.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales campaigns and promotional strategies.Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services to effectively articulate value propositions to clients.Work with finance and operations teams to ensure timely invoicing and delivery of products/services.Required qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or related field.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Experience in the use of CRM software to manage leads opportunities and client accounts.Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and crossfunctionally within a team.Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.Ability to travel for client meetings sales conferences and industry events as needed.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.Knowledge of the industry and market trends to identify potential business opportunities.negotiation,sales,sales performance metrics,prospecting,customer relationship management,problem-solving,communication,crm software,industry knowledge
