At Freshworks, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within the portfolio of accounts managed and generate sales leads to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting on sales metrics.
- Maximize customer lifetime value by identifying and pursuing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements:
- 14 years' experience with software / IT sales.
- Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills.
- Self-starter who can own ongoing customer success of both large and small clients.
As an Account Manager at Freshworks, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
