Business Development Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Strategi Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and repeat business from existing customers to meet the organization's sales growth goals.

The successful candidate will increase our customer base through customer mining, customer segmentation, and approaching new regions in the allocated territory. Ensuring customer satisfaction is a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Visit a minimum of 3-5 customers relevant to the business segments provided every day, depending on the territory allocations.
  2. Submit data on market scenarios, competitors' strategies, and other relevant information to management bi-weekly in the format provided.
  3. Generate error-free shipment instructions to the Head Office.
  4. Convert and account for materials issued on customer trials.
  5. Adhere to the latest price list while sharing information on prices with customers.
  6. Prepare daily visit reports and weekly sales review reports as per company policy.
  7. Capture customer requirements and disseminate them to the sales and customer support team for quotations.
  8. Coordinate with back office support staff to ensure customer requirements for delivery, payment, issues, and complaints are addressed.
  9. Continuously upgrade product knowledge to meet customer applications.
  10. Support promotional activities of the organization in the allocated territories.
  11. Update the sales funnel in SAP.
  12. Record customer visit minutes in SAP.
