OverviewThe AccountManager Sales plays a crucial role in the organization by drivingrevenue through the proactive management of client accounts. The Account Manager Sales will beresponsible for achieving sales targets cultivating newopportunities and maintaining existing client relationships toensure continued business growth and customersatisfaction.Keyresponsibilities
  • Develop and executesales strategies to meet and exceedtargets.
  • Manage and grow existing clientaccounts through regular communication andrelationshipbuilding.
  • Identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities through prospecting andnetworking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams toensure successful delivery of products and services toclients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposalsand negotiate contracts.
  • Provide accurate salesforecasts and reports to seniormanagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends andcompetitor activities to identify potential areas forgrowth.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in atimely and effective manner.
  • Conduct regularclient meetings and business reviews to ensure customersatisfaction.
  • Participate in sales conferencestrade shows and industry events to promote the companys offeringsand expand the client base.
  • Utilize CRM systemsto track sales activities update client information and generatereports.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams todevelop sales campaigns and promotionalstrategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding ofthe companys products and services to effectively articulate valuepropositions to clients.
  • Work with finance andoperations teams to ensure timely invoicing and delivery ofproducts/services.
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing Sales or relatedfield.
  • Proven track record of achieving andexceeding sales targets in a similarrole.
  • Strong negotiation and communicationskills with the ability to build and maintain clientrelationships.
  • Experience in the use of CRMsoftware to manage leads opportunities and clientaccounts.
  • Excellent problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
  • Demonstrated abilityto work collaboratively and crossfunctionally within ateam.
  • Understanding of sales performancemetrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to travel for clientmeetings sales conferences and industry events asneeded.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple prioritieseffectively.
  • Knowledge of the industry andmarket trends to identify potential businessopportunities.
