Role:The candidate will be responsible for the growth of ASMPT SMT business in the South Asia countries (South India and Sri Lanka).Responsibilities:Design and implement strategic sales plan to expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presenceDevelop new accounts and manage channel partners independently to increase customer base and revenueEngage customers proactively and build a long-term customer relationshipPromote ASMPT SMT brand awareness with significant impact on customer experienceConsistently meet revenue goals in accordance with individual/team/organizational goalsResponsible for equipment configuration and proposals preparationRequirements:MBA/Degree in Engineering or related disciplineMinimum of 10 years‘ of experience, preferably in the Capital Equipment Sales and MarketingKnowledge in SMT and/or Factory software solutions and/or Semicon (Advanced Packaging) industryMinimum of 10 years‘ of SMT machines and technological knowledge of Printing and Placement Product Portfolio /ProcessesHave a well-established network with the SMT industry in South Asia countriesStrong analytical and problem solving skillsEffective negotiation skillsResults & quality orientedAbility to work in a diverse and multicultural environmentAble and willing to travel extensively locally and internationallyWork Location: India, Chennai
