Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Sales and Business Development. The Head of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for building the sales team, driving sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing business development activities. This role is located in Noida with flexibility for some remote work.
QualificationsExperience in Digital Analytical Skills and Business IntelligenceProven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience selling analytics or software solutions preferred.Must have experience in selling Digital Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, etc.Strong understanding of analytics concepts and technologies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and effectively communicate how our analytics solutions can address their needs.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions in the marketplace.Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market insights.
