Objectives of this role
To develop, oversee and constantly improvise business management strategies that prioritizes revenue growth and business expansion of our core expertise in Conferences & Events.
Responsibilities
- Identify & promote the company’s services to prospective clients.
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries.
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
- Track all business leads and maintain data.
- Identify, train and deploy an effective sales team, in lines with the company vision of expansion.
Skills and qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales & marketing
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Exceptional project management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
- Proven record of sales growth
Preferred Experience
- Experience in managing sales or marketing teams of Hotel and/or Event Management Company.
