Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and charismatic Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives and expand our client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust track record in sales and an exceptional ability to forge strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand market presence.

Lead all phases of the sales process from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and post-sales support.

Identify client needs and market opportunities to tailor proposals that highlight the benefits of iSkala’s services.

Collaborate with operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position our services.

Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline and team activities.

Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role in sales, preferably within the B2B sector.

Strong ability to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the aptitude to persuasively articulate our service offerings and their value propositions.

Strong negotiation skills, with a consistent track record of successfully closing deals.
