Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role. As a Growth Marketer at SuprSend, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts. Your north star metric will be to bring leads that fit Ideal Customer Profile. You will take ownership of developing and executing a category creation strategy and execution that speaks to our target audience. Your role will involve crafting high-quality content, building strategic partnerships, driving our social media presence, and fostering a vibrant community around our product.
Key Responsibility
- Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with SuprSend’s goals and resonates with our technical audience. Create compelling blogs, white-papers, videos, and how-to tutorials that simplify complex technical concepts.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships. Collaborate with partners on co-branded content, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow SuprSend’s social media presence to create the new notification infrastructure category and enhance brand awareness.
- Community Building: Foster a strong, engaged community around SuprSend. Develop programs to encourage user-generated content and active community participation.
- Podcasts, Webinars, Newsletters, Events: Plan and execute online and offline events, webinars, etc to showcase SuprSend's offerings and engage with our target audience.

- Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of our audience, their needs, and characteristics, with a strong focus on delivering value.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex problems into simple, actionable solutions.
- Data-drive & Experimental Mindset: A track record of running data-driven experiments, understanding what works, is detail oriented, and iterate based on results.
- Execution Excellence: Strong execution skills, with a knack for turning ideas into actions. Must have "getting things done" skillset.
- Fast Learner: Quickly adapts to new information, tools, and environments, staying ahead of trends and changes. Should be "hungry".
- Collaborative: Should be able to work seamlessly across teams.
Qualifications:
- Should be a B.Tech in Engineering
- 2-6 years of experience working as Growth / Marketer role in SaaS company, preferably in a devtool category
- Have written content blogs in the past and have some understanding of SEO
- Should have demonstrated data driven work in the past
- Strong written and verbal skills
