Regional Sales Manager

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Sales Operations Manager located in Kolkata. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth functioning, monitoring financial performance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Operations Manager will maintain up-to-date industry knowledge, develop and implement strategies to improve operations, and meet the goals and objectives of the company.
QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in the retail industryBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to manage and lead a team, and motivate staff to maintain high levels of performanceStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members, customers, vendors, and stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software toolsFamiliarity with financial statements and accounting practices, with the ability to analyze financial data to make informed business decisionsExperience with inventory management, supply chain management, and logisticsStrong work ethics and the ability to work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
