Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to join our leadership team at DeepMatrix. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, results-driven, and possesses a proven track record in selling Enterprise SaaS/Cloud Platforms. The individual will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our early-stage startup into new markets, with a specific focus on international enterprise sales. The individual will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships, creating business opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth and success of DeepMatrix. 


Key Competencies/Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion for DeepMatrix.
  2. Leverage a deep understanding of Enterprise SaaS/Cloud Platforms to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  4. Lead the expansion efforts into international markets, utilising a global perspective to drive sales initiatives.
  5. Utilize existing networks, especially within the Mining and Transmission Line markets, to establish a strong presence and generate new business leads.
  6. Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to the executive team.


Qualifications:


  1. MBA from IIM/ISB and an Engineering degree from a reputed institute.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling Enterprise SaaS/Cloud Platforms.
  3. Proven track record of driving sales and expansion efforts in early-stage startup.
  4. At least 1 year of experience in international enterprise sales.
  5. Strong network within the Mining and Transmission Line Industry is a plus
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute effective business development strategies.
