Job Overview:

The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding the client base in Blockchain and AI markets. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. The Sales Head will play a critical role in ensuring that Company's innovative solutions reach the right industries and drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on generating revenue from both existing and new customers in the Blockchain and AI sectors.

- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue by identifying and closing sales opportunities across Web3, AI, and deep tech services. Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality prospects, ensuring consistent growth.

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target industries, ensuring Company becomes a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve aggressive growth targets. Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and success.

- Market Expansion & Partnerships: Identify new market segments, emerging trends, and partnership opportunities to expand Company's footprint globally. Develop joint sales efforts with technology partners and industry leaders.

- Collaboration with Product & Marketing: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with go-to-market strategies, product offerings, and customer needs, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, provide accurate sales forecasts, and deliver regular reports to the executive leadership team on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- Proven track record (8+ years) in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in IT services, SaaS, Blockchain, AI, and deep tech sectors.

- In-depth knowledge of Blockchain technology, Web3 frameworks, and AI-driven solutions, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to a range of audiences.

- Strong experience in business development, strategic planning, and achieving revenue growth in high-growth environments.

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to establish strong client relationships.

- Experience scaling operations and driving new business in startup or high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology sales.

- Prior involvement with Web3, AI-driven solutions, and decentralized technologies.

- Strong network in the Blockchain or AI ecosystem, including investors, partners, and clients.
