Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle HR generalist functions such as employee engagement, grievance handling, performance management, and compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory compliances, and labor laws.
  • Support in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Oversee office administration and support functions related to HR operations.
  • Assist management in implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures for organizational growth.
  • Act as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and support.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or relevant discipline.
  • 35 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer.
  • Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
  • Exposure to payroll management, compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Ability to handle admin responsibilities along with HR functions.
  • Mature, reliable, and professional individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with strong problem-solving orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
