Job Description: Associate HR Business Partner

Location: New Delhi

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: Senior Manager HRBP

Job Summary:

The Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the HRBP team in executing key HR processes and initiatives that foster a positive employee experience and align with organizational goals. This role involves close collaboration with employees and managers to ensure effective communication, policy adherence, and resolution of workplace issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Process Execution: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of core HR processes including performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Policy Communication: Facilitate the introduction and communication of company policies, values, and culture to employees, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Performance Improvement Plans (PIP): Support the creation, tracking, and follow-up of PIPs in collaboration with managers and HR leadership.
  • Conflict Resolution & Grievance Handling: Act as a first point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution in line with company policies.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize and coordinate team-building activities, employee events, and wellness initiatives to promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • HRIS Management: Regularly update and maintain employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, including orientation sessions and documentation support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
