Payroll & Attendance Management
• Coordinate completion of monthly attendance records for all employees.
• Assist in maintaining and updating leave data on a monthly basis.
PF/ESIC & Statutory Compliance
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records related to PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance's.
Employee Records & Documentation
• Manage and organize employee files and HR documentation.
• Draft notices, letters, and official communication under the guidance of the HR Manager.
• Update employee information in HRMS for existing employees.
• Assist ad-hoc HR tasks assigned by Reporting Manager / HOD.
Employee Exit & Settlements
• Prepare Experience, Relieving, and Full & Final Settlement letters for employees at all levels.
• Support exit formalities and coordinate with resigned employees for smooth off-boarding.
MIS & Dashboard Reporting
• Prepare and update MIS reports for HR functions.
• Collate and prepare data for policy endorsements.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelors / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR basics, statutory compliance (PF/ESIC), and labor laws (preferred).
• Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
