Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & HR Executive with 3–5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities, supporting HR functions, ensuring compliance, and providing smooth coordination across teams. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure seamless office operations and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Management: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for HR and administrative purposes.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, interviews, and appointments while ensuring effective calendar management.
- Communication: Draft and circulate emails, notices, and official communication between employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and general facility management.
- Client Support: Assist in client communications, maintain service quality, and support customer relationship activities.
- Human Resources Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Compliance & Procedures: Ensure adherence to company policies, HR procedures, and statutory compliance.
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing projects by coordinating activities, preparing reports, and ensuring timely deliverables.
- Data Management & Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, HR analytics, and maintain employee records in databases.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
