Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle HR generalist functions such as employee engagement, grievance handling, performance management, and compliance.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory compliances, and labor laws.
- Support in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Oversee office administration and support functions related to HR operations.
- Assist management in implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures for organizational growth.
- Act as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and support.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or relevant discipline.
- 35 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer.
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
- Exposure to payroll management, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Ability to handle admin responsibilities along with HR functions.
- Mature, reliable, and professional individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with strong problem-solving orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
