This is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Recruiting, Office Administration, Resume Screening, Telephone Interviewing, College Recruitment, HR Strategy, and Human Resource Development in a professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for non-IT roles.Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media for candidates searching and direct placement .Screen resumes and applications; conduct phone screening and competency-based interviewing .Coordinate interviews and assist in recruitment advertising .Assist in onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation .Maintain HRIS records , support human resource planning and policy implementation.Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and exit interviews .Handle general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.Work closely with the HR Manager on human resource strategy and development projects .Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Related Field .Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR-related experience may apply.Excellent communication skills (Fluent English & Hindi mandatory; knowledge of local languages is a plus).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook .Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills .Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter / Candidate Selection tools preferred.Must be based in Bangalore; preference for candidates within 30 minutes of our office.Personal AttributesSmart, articulate, and professional.Proactive learner with strong interpersonal skills .Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in Human Resource Development .Compensation & Career PathStipend: ₹10,000 per month (first 6 months).On successful completion, confirmed as Human Resources Executive with full-time placement.Immense learning and exposure in Recruitment, Human Resource Strategy, and HR Operations to build a strong career foundation.How to ApplyIf you are ready to kickstart your HR career in Bangalore , send us your resume + cover letter at .We also encourage you to share a short self-introduction video .Note: Only candidates able to attend in-person interviews in Bangalore will be considered.
