**Role Description

HUMAN RESOURCE AND SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE**

This is a full-time, onsite role for a Human Resources and Social Media Executive located in Netaji Subhash Place,Delhi, India. The candidate should have relevant skills for Human Resource Mangement as well as Social Media Management.

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

As a Social Media Executive will be responsible for handling various brands social media accounts,handling some influencers and creating posts.

The individual will also handle day-to-day HR mana gement tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Skills in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Experience in developing and managing Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Candidate should have experience in social media management too
  • Proficiency in all aspects of Human Resources (HR) management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
