  • Job Purpose / Summary

The HR will be responsible for leading the entire Human Resources function of Ventura International Pvt. Ltd. by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals. The role demands expertise in people management, organization culture building, policy formulation, and leadership development to support the companys growth across multiple business verticals.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Strategic HR Leadership
  • Partner with top management to design and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and talent strategy in line with expansion objectives.
  • Drive HR transformation and process automation to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • 2. Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Lead recruitment for leadership, managerial, and technical roles across locations.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction experience for new hires.
  • 3. Performance Management
  • Oversee goal-setting, performance appraisals, and competency mapping systems.
  • Introduce KRAs/KPIs linked to business metrics and ensure objective evaluations.
  • Implement continuous feedback mechanisms and capability-building interventions.
  • 4. Learning & Development
  • Create annual training calendars aligned to business and individual growth needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Build internal leadership programs and succession planning frameworks.
  • 5. Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Develop initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, communication, and employee morale.
  • Conduct engagement surveys, grievance handling, and retention strategies.
  • Drive CSR, wellness, and diversity & inclusion programs.
  • 6. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
  • Oversee payroll, rewards, and benefits administration.
  • Benchmark compensation against industry standards to ensure competitiveness.
  • Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, POSH, etc.) and labor law adherence.
  • 7. HR Operations & Policy Governance
  • Formulate and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage HRMS, attendance, and leave systems effectively.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and HR documentation standards.
  • 8. Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and mentor HR team members for multi-location HR support.
  • Build cross-functional collaboration between HR and business units.
  • Represent HR in management reviews and board-level discussions.

  • Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
  • 12–18 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing / interior design / trading industry preferred (as relevant to Ventura's domain).
