Role & responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Senior HR Manager will lead and oversee all human resources functions, ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic goals. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related issues.
Monitor HR metrics to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions.
Achieve the Monthly Hiring Target for oneself & the Team.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline .
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure a healthy work environment.
Performance & Talent Management:
Design and implement performance management systems.
- Drive talent development initiatives, succession planning, and career pathing.
Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and incentive programs.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute operationally.
- Proficiency with HRMS systems and MS Office suite.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in handling end-to-end HR functions in a competitive environment.
- Exposure to multi-location operations is a plus.
