Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Senior Human Resources Manager. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, implementing HR strategies and policies, managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. They will also develop training programs, handle performance management, and work closely with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
