Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks involve developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive work environment. The role demands strong leadership in planning, executing talent management and engaging with diverse teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience with recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
  • Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards
  • Expertise in HR strategy development and implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the financial or asset management industry is a plus
