Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, performance appraisal systems, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and handle grievances or disciplinary matters.
  • Drive initiatives for talent retention and organizational culture building.

Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Manage procurement, vendor relations, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs to ensure efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Administrative teams to support company goals.
  • Prepare operational and HR reports for senior management review.
