Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include identifying training opportunities, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals. The professional will work collaboratively across departments to support the overall employee experience and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Onboarding skills, including the ability to identify talent and manage a seamless onboarding process
  • Employee Relations and Performance Management expertise to foster a productive and positive workplace environment
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and experience developing and implementing HR practices
  • Training and development facilitation skills to identify growth opportunities and enhance employee capabilities
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in a Human Resources management role, preferably in a fast-paced or SaaS industry environment
