Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resource professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment,

onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, exit processes, and overall employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Key

Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &

Hiring· Manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting).

· Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

· Conduct HR interviews and ensure timely closure of vacant positions.

· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

2. Onboarding &

Orientation· Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.

· Plan and execute a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

· Conduct orientation sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and responsibilities.

· Ensure completion of joining formalities and proper documentation.

3. Employee Relations

& HR Operations· Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll-related inputs.

· Address employee concerns and support in grievance handling.

· Create HR policies and ensure adherence to company standards.

· Plan employee engagement activities for a positive work environment.

4. Performance &

Compliance· Assist in performance appraisal cycles and KPI monitoring.

· Ensure regulatory compliance with labor laws and HR guidelines.

· Manage disciplinary actions as per company policy, when needed.

5. Exit & Offboarding· Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.

· Prepare and process full & final settlements in coordination with accounts.

· Ensure proper handover, clearance, and documentation during exits.

Requirements:· Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong HR operations knowledge.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.

· Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

· Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools (HRMS).

Preferred

Skills:· Experience in policy drafting and process improvement.

· Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with confidentiality and professionalism.

· Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
