Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resources operations. The role involves talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR policy implementation, and performance management to support our fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and oversee payroll coordination.
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and compliance frameworks.
  • Drive employee engagement and training initiatives.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and manpower planning.
  • Provide support in organizational development and employee relations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 26 years of HR experience (experience in design, luxury, or related industries preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HRMS and labor laws.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
