
Business Development Executive

A business development executive is primarily responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for a company.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking, research, and direct contact.
Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to retain and expand accounts.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Conduct client meetings, proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and sales to deliver client solutions.
Monitor trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adapt business strategies.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote business.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is often required.
Fresher or 1-2 years experience in business development.
Strong understanding of market analysis, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and networking abilities.
