
Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive in overseas education, your primary responsibility will be to drive student enrollment and build lasting relationships with students, educational institutions, and partners. You will be an integral part of our team, working to expand our services in the international education space.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Sales:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, cold calling, and referrals.
- Provide detailed information on study abroad options, including university programs, application processes, and visa requirements.
- Assist prospective students in selecting suitable programs and institutions based on their academic and personal preferences.
Client Interaction and Consultation:
- Offer personalized counseling to students and their families about study opportunities abroad.
- Guide students through the application process, providing support with documentation and requirements.
- Follow up with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Partnership Building:
- Identify and establish connections with universities, colleges, and institutions in various countries.
- Assist in developing partnerships with educational institutions for student recruitment purposes.
- Promote the company's services through partnerships with educational agencies, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in the global education sector.
- Research potential study destinations, program offerings, and scholarship opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and innovative strategies for growth in target markets.
- Administrative and Reporting Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, leads, and sales in CRM software.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Assist with coordinating student application submissions, documentation collection, and visa processes.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and educational events such as fairs and webinars.
- Coordinate with the operations and visa teams to ensure smooth processing of student applications and visa approvals.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in the education or travel sector.
- Strong interest in the overseas education industry and understanding of various study destinations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
