Job Title: Executive Assistant to Management

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support Management. This role requires someone who can manage a wide variety of professional and personal tasks, with strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to Management across business and personal tasks.

· Ensure diligent follow-ups on pending work, deadlines, and communications.

· Draft, review, and manage correspondence.

· Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

· Graduate degree or higher.

· 3–5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Office Coordinator/Administrator.

· Demonstrated history of long-term, stable job experience.

Skills Required

· Excellent follow-up skills (most important requirement).

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Good written and spoken English communication.

Additional Preferences

· Married candidates (preferably with children).

· Residing within 30 minutes' commute of the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹28,000.00 per month
